The best places to watch the race is the start/finish within the UWE grounds. However there is also excellent viewing throughout Oldbury Court, at Frenchay Bridge and on Frenchay Common. For safety's sake - keep off the road, follow the instructions of the marshals, and do not obstruct the runners or race officials. Please give every runner your warm support.

Portable toilets are available outside of the Students Centre. Limited facilities are available in the centre. There are public toilets in Oldbury Court, just past the playground, approaching the exit and the 4K marker.
Chip timing is being used for the run. You need to ensure that you cross the mats on the finish line to ensure your time is recorded. If non disposable chips are used you need to remove them in the finish area and place them in the collection bins provided. There is a water station after the finish.
First Aid posts are situated at the start / finish area and on patrol around the course. IF YOU EXPERIENCE DIFFICULTY - STOP RUNNING AND SEEK OUT THE NEAREST MARSHAL AND REQUEST HELP. A vehicle will be available to pick up entrants who are unable to complete the course and will return them to the start/finish area. If you do drop out it is important you assist us by reporting your name and race number to one of our marshals.

Provisional results will be displayed in the UWE Students Centre on the day and posted on this website as soon as possible.

The Race Referee and Event Organiser have the right to cancel the event if the need arises, for example due to adverse weather conditions on race day, or a local incident that prevents access to the UWE Glenside Campus. If the event is cancelled due to insufficient numbers of participants or the necessary volunteers required in order to make the event financially viable and operate with ARC rules, then the Frenchay 10 charity run committee has the right to cancel the event in which case event fees (excluding booking fee) will be returned to all participants.
